We finally made it to the beach...right before we loaded up the bus to leave! We were going to have our devotional time on the beach, but again, it was a little too chilly. Afterwords, we gathered up the girls to take a group picture on the beach so that we could prove we were actually there!
On the way home, Micah got a good nap and woke up in a good mood. He gave us a concert, singing and playing his drum!
We ate a late lunch on the road, so dinner was also later. Micah was exhausted by the time the pizza arrived, so I got a piece, and tried to take him upstairs so he could eat it and go to bed. Micah had seemed excited about the pizza, but when we got upstairs, he started fussing. I couldn't figure out what was wrong! Finally, he picked up his seat and started dragging it toward the apartment door that connects to the girls' side of the house. He wanted to eat his dinner with the girls! So we took the seat downstairs, plopped it on the floor, and Micah contentedly ate his dinner with the girls standing around him. He loves his big sisters, and he enjoyed spending the whole weekend with them!!
