Last weekend we took our house, along with House 3B to Myrtle beach for the weekend. It turned out to be cool and overcast all weekend, but we still had fun! On the way, we stopped for lunch and shopping at the outlets. Uncle Allen tried to "ruin" the fun of the moving kids rides by actually putting quarters in to make this car move. It backfired however, because Micah was not too fond of the moving car without the security of Mommy & Daddy sitting with him!

Micah opted for the merry-go-round. He still would not sit on a horse, but he would stand with his "best bud" Nate and go around in circles! We had a couple of good finds at the outlets too.
We made our way to the hotel, and it lived up to its pictures online! It was a very nice place to stay for a reasonable price. I would recommend Dunes Village to anyone! This is the view from our balcony. It was beautiful even though it was cloudy!
Friday night we made dinner at the hotel. We all gathered in one of the two suites and had stir-fry and rice with brownies for dessert. Yummy!
Micah sat on the floor in his booster seat. He was content there eating his dinner on his new Cars plate with his new fork and spoon that have wheels on them! His favorite movie is Cars, he loves it!!
After Micah went to bed, I played a few rounds of Apples to Apples with the girls. It is definitely their favorite game to play! More about our trip to come...
