In March we took our house on a trip to Charleston for the weekend! On Friday, we did some outlet shopping before checking into our hotel. All the girls went swimming that night, but Micah was too tuckered out to join them. Maybe next time Micah! It was really great to see all the girls having fun together in the pool!
Saturday morning we headed to Downtown Charleston for a carriage ride and a day full of shopping and sight-seeing! Most of our girls did more shopping than sight-seeing, but we certainly enjoyed the sights of Charleston! After taking in the Market and getting some lunch, we walked all around Charleston, taking in the scenery and beautiful architecture. Micah woke up as we were approaching this park near the water, so it was time to play! He had lots of fun running around as Daddy chased him. We met up with the girls at a great seafood restaurant for dinner. It was a great day, and the girls really enjoyed it!

Sunday we went to the beach! The girls had a great time posing for pictures and playing in the sand and water. Micah took a short nap on the way to the beach, so he was still a little sleepy. He still wasn't sure what he thought about the beach. He finally warmed up to it though, and got really excited and was playing in the sand! Unfortunately, it was when we were trying to have a devotional! Micah was just a bit distracting as he kept trying to eat sand! He got plenty of time to play after our devotional and it was so fun to watch. I think that the girls enjoyed a great weekend, and made some great memories together. It was great to watch them have fun too!!
