Since we got back to Columbia, we've kept our schedule pretty light, mostly staying close to home and hanging out with our neighbors. It's been pretty relaxing, with the exception of all the construction that's been going on - more on that later! After an unsuccessful attempt at blueberry picking on Thursday, we found a great farm to pick blueberries that only charged $1 per pound! Even though it's late in the season, the fields were plentiful! Once again, Micah got right to work, picking and eating. This time he focused on eating only, no helping Mommy this time. He LOVES blueberries!

Mmm...here's some good ones!

Yummy!!

We went picking with our neighbors, Angela, Abby & Jin Ah. Most of the time, Micah kept close to Abby & Jin Ah. He loves these girls! It was fun to go picking with them.

This sweet gentleman showed us where to find some good blueberries for picking. Micah liked him and tried to follow him to give him some more blueberries. It was so cute!

That's not a shadow on Micah's face, that's dirt! Once Micah ate his fill of blueberries (which we later learned was WAY too many!) he started playing in the sandy dirt, even giving it a taste and rubbing it in his hair. By the time we were finished picking blueberries, Micah was very full, very hot, very tired, and very dirty. But he had a blast! And he is going to love the bounty of Mommy's labors (in moderation of course!)
